Square 211.5x201.5x50.5mm Proofer Cup for Bakery Dough Fermentation
This prover pocket fits various intermediate Proofers for making buns, rolls, morning goods etc.
In ShareFilters, the rim of the proofer cups is made of high quality polypropylene (PP) or other plastic, and the pocket is inserted with a high quality nylon mesh, polyester mesh or polyethylene mesh, both the rim and mesh comply to FDA and EU regulations.
